Units per Property Manager

Hi everyone! 

First of all, this is my first post and I am very glad to be a part of this community!

We are currently looking into a larger property management deal and have a short question regarding this expansion. 

Is there a general "limit” for how many apartment units one property manager (individual) can handle? We trying to estimate how many managers to employ. 

All of the units are next to each other.
