Garage space, tenant might not leave?

Hey everyone,

I have a garage rented out for the month of March, and without getting to deep, I have a feeling the tenant does not plan on moving his stuff out of there and being gone by April 1st, the day his lease is up. This guy seems very litigious, and has been talking about his lawyer etc...Basically he thought he'd have the right to extend his lease for more than 1 month, but we've already secured a tenant for April 2nd and beyond. So I have no idea if this guy will actually be gone like he is supposed to by April 1st.

I'm trying to find as much as I can on Missouri law for storage space, which this garage is, but I haven't found a RSMO specifically for storage spaces dealing with tenants staying past their lease date. Can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me what I can expect? If he doesn't move out I am pretty sure I can file for an eviction the day after he is supposed to be gone, so April 2nd. Anything else I need to be aware of?

Thanks!

Cheers!
