Opening a tenant's Escrow account online
One of the most boring tasks, when I get a new tenant, is to go physically to the bank, wait an hour or two to open a new escrow account.
Does anyone know how I can open the escrow accounts for tenants online without going to the bank?
It doesn't matter what bank is it since it'll be online and I would never need to go there. Hopefully, just scan the check in their app and send them the W2 by email.
Thanks.
