Recommendations for external lighting and surveillance at Duplex?
I just saw a commercial for the Ring Flood Light with Motion Activated Camera, Alarm, Speaker, etc... I'm considering adding timer / motion based flood lighting at the four corners of my latest Duplex in a "C+" area (all my other properties are in "B+/-" areas) - and I'm wondering what is the best solution. This device would seem to require WiFi, which I would not have at a rental property. So I wonder what are other landlords using for security lighting and surveillance of external common areas of their properties - including keeping a eye and/or light on HVAC equipment beside and behind the building?
