Help! Electric furnace!!!!
Hi bp family! I have a question. I have a 2bd 1ba with seperate electric furnace on rent....And comed bill to my surprise came up to 600. Is this possible with electric furnaces???

Electric heat is one of the most expensive forms of heating in most areas. If its cold, your property is poorly insulated, and the tenants crank up the heat that bill is entirely possible. Have you had a look at the property to make sure that's nothing wrong? Like windows or doors that don't close well or other drafts?
