What a landlord can do when tenants break the lease
Attention Washington state landlords!
In your experience, what have you done in the past when you've had a tenant break the lease (move out before the 12-month term expires)? What did you put in the rental agreement to address this? I know there are reasons like military duty that make it acceptable to break the lease. But I'm talking about reasons that are not acceptable. I'd love to hear your experience and your feedback.
Thank you!
