Evening BiggerPockets! I’m looking to hire an onsite property manager for our 42 unit apartment complex. Never gone through this excercise, so looking for some help. 

What are the best tips you can provide from your experience?

How did you find them? 

What do you pay them? 

What are things you avoid?

Where does workman’s Comp come into play? And other ways to limit liability.
