Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island - FL Area

Hello all,

Looking to invest in any 3 of those areas but not limited to. Anyone have any experience in these markets? My residence is in MA and I am seeking out of state for investment. I currently am working with a broker at the moment and any feedback anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Looking for a SFH to rent.

My advice to you in that area is to check and make sure you can advertise weekly rental in your complex. This was a huge factor in where we bought. We are in a complex that is allowed to do so and it attracts weekly Summer rentals as well as weekly Spring/Fall Break rentals AND Winter snowbirds for Jan-March. Thank you for the info. Glad you are doing well with the week to week. Pretty cool you hit that niche within a beautiful place such as Cocoa Beach. 

I ended up getting a SF and we have tenants in there as we speak. Currently seeking multifamily apartments at the moment in these specific areas as well.
