Are 1 bedroom 1 bathroom common or in demand in the Atlanta area for rentals? What type of tenants do they usually attract in your opinion? This rental is specifically in the Lakewood Heights area in Atlanta. The zip code is 30315. Any insight on the area or property would be much appreciated.

Depends on your block. I have a couple of duplexes that have 1/1 on each side and I have no problem getting tenants. I charge $ 700 - in Pittsburgh. But a lot depends on the surrounding of that property.

I rent to artists/creatives ,so, different tenant pool than the area normally has
