Massachusetts/NH/Maine Property Managers-Fire Hydrant Inspections

Hello All,

I wanted to reach out to the property managers out there that have fire hydrants on their properties to get some input.

I operate a water works company and specialize in fire hydrant inspections and maintenance,  water leak detection, and back flow device testing.

Hydrants on private properties are not inspected, operated, or maintained by the city, town, or water district and the property owner or manger is responsible for proper operation. The National Fire Protection Assiciation recommends getting all hydrants inspected and operated annually.

My question is is do property managers actually get these hydrants inspected and maintained annually or are they left untouched for years.

Secondly, if you are property manager and would like to talk in more detail on the services I provide please direct message me.

Thank you in advance for your input.

Ralph
