Certificate of Mailing or Certified Mail?
Hello BP,
Do you all use Certificate of Mailing or Certified Mail when sending out things like Pay or Quit notices or eviction notices? I mean, I know that I can have my manager tape it on their front door, but I'm thinking of other ways I can accomplish proof of a notice/letter being received. Any advice or tips from your experience would be very much appreciated.
Thanks y'all!
