Eviction and Chapter 7 + disability

I have a tenant we are trying to evict in Trenton NJ.  He filed for Chapter 7 and got a stay and than told the judge he is waiting for disability because he had surgery.  We filed paperwork to start the eviction again, and now we were just informed (via mail) that he has filed again for an automatic stay.  It has been almost a year since he has paid, any great suggestions??  We want this low life OUT!
