Tenant is leaving after 3 months of rental

Hi all, The tenant has informed me that her company is closing down. She has received an offer from a company out of state and will have to move during March. I would like to hear your advise on else should I do and to lowering my expense? I can think of the following:

1. Tenant is responsible the rent until we get it rented

2. Responsible for paying for house cleaning
