Hello,

Fairly new to the forums here. Been a lurker for many years and recently took the plunge into buy and hold real estate. I am looking for some recommendations on a management companies that services properties both in NJ & PA. I have properties right on the border of PA in Warren County NJ and I am having a hard time finding a management company to service these properties. Most companies right over the border in PA (Lehigh Valley area) that I have found only are licensed to work in PA. Any help would be appreciated!

Pennsylvania does require a real estate license for certain aspects of property management, such as entering into leases, but owners that self manage are exempt. If you focus on the bigger management companies, most of them are licensed for both sides of the river.

@Lawrence Turco Have you thought of just having different property managers for your NJ and PA properties? I currently use three different property managers, and haven't had any extra hassle once they were up and running. They handle all aspects of the properties for me, so aside from three separate statements and three deposits, it's the same as having one.
