discrimination classes ~student rental

from what I understanding , college student is not a discrimination class. We have an apartment that is currently rented to 3 full time college students with yearly lease agreement and our insurance policy is also classify as student housing . If one of them asking for sublease approval since he is finishing School. am I violate any discrimination law If I required the sublease tenant must be full time college student ?
