Fair Housing Question
Hi everyone. I have a question that I was hoping the BP community could help with regarding fair housing. If I have two applications that potential tenants have submitted to lease a space, and the only difference is the number of people that will be residing there, is this considered discrimination? For our purposes, assume that everything else (income, rental history, etc.) is equal. An example would be a single woman vs a family of 3. Any input would be appreciated.
