I live in MD and am interested in purchasing real estate (single family homes)  in Fayetteville, NC.  Thoughts, ideas and suggestions on selecting a quality property management company to serve an out-of-state owner is appreciated.

Thanks

I agree that the base is going nowhere. The city will do everything in their power to keep that base there. I have lived In Fayetteville for 20 years. The place is only going to grow. I am also interested in finding a pm so I’d be interested to find out. Once I do I’ll definitely pass along the info
