Your Property Management System

Hey all,

I'm just starting out in my REI career with a househack, and want to make sure I start off on the right foot in terms of property management. I've heard from many former investors who've given up simply due to the fact they couldn't manage their properties well enough, and I definitely feel it was because they didn't have the right team, technology, or processes in place to be successful. With said, I was wondering I can do set up myself for success from the beginning.

Currently, I've set up:

- Digital rent collection via Cozy

- Separate bank account to manage all finance (personal for now)

- Automated phone service with triaging capabilities

Let me know the systems you've set up and how you suggest I move forward. I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks!
