What's the best Real Estate Landlord Software?

Hi All! This is my first time posting here so I am really looking forward to reading your responses (and really appreciate your time!). I was wondering which software you guys recommend to keep records of all your properties? (Income, expenses, tenant information, tenant accounts, contracts, etc.). I currently have a very small portfolio but am trying to expand it and want to make sure I use a good software to keep records going forward.
