Running the incorporation
New landlord here! I've read a few articles here about incorporating and I've decided I want to incorporate.
My question is, can someone point me to details like: should I make one inc. vs one per property? How to keep/maintain a separate credit card and other expense-related things I should consider... You know the day-to-day of business.
Any help would be appreciated!
