Trailer Park Management

Do any of you property managers on here manage a trailer park? I have a extremely good chance at managing a 50 unit park if I choose to do so. I'm just not sure if I want to take that job on or if it fits with my goals. 

What would you charge? 

What problems would I run into that are different from regular property management?
