Charging squatters?

Quick question guys,

We had a lady move out of a unit with no notice, and someone else moved in. This person has no interest in paying rent. Knowing that we have to go through the month long eviction process, is it possible to get a judgment for rent against someone that has never had a lease?

I know I won't be able to collect on the judgment, but if I get it, our collection agency can put it on their credit report.

Call the police. They are trespassing! They don't have a lease with you and I assume they aren't authorized to be there.
