Huntsville Alabama - Rental Market Question

Hello All,

I am new to Bigger Pockets and relatively new to REI. I currently have a short term rental and a long term rental in the Nashville area but am looking to expand my portfolio. Any help for my questions below would be greatly appreciated!

I am in a situation where I have the opportunity to purchase a family home in the Parkway Estates area close to Redstone Arsenal. I would like to keep this property as a rental but I do not know much about the rental market in Huntsville. If anyone could give me an idea what an updated 2100 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath home in this area could rent for I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.
