I think I have a pretty straight forward question - do I need a "rental license" or anything of the sort to play landlord in Pittsburgh?

I recently relocated to another city and turned my primary residence in the South Side into a rental that I have been managing from afar for about 4 months now.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
