Happy Holidays, BP!

I'm looking for a new Investor Friendly Agent.  I buy 2-4 unit homes in Gwinnett County (NE of Atlanta), for rental income.  My current agent is a great guy, but all of his other clients flip houses in the city, and he has a hard time understanding a lot of our strategies and he's growing increasingly slow on responses and tasks. It's time to start exploring other options.  All recommendations are appreciated.  Thanks BP!
