Internet for Basement Apartment

I've had a property for.a couple of years and I've been renting out the basement as well.  Recently, I've been looking for new tenants, and lately a few people have asked me if internet was included.  I said no, but how should I have approach or approach this going forward.  I also have people upstairs who have their own internet line.
