Hey everyone!

Thanks in advance for the help!  I just rented out a vacant unit for 2 months and the new tenant is telling me that someone is going through her mail and ripping it to shreds???

What should I even do about that?

I'm wondering if apart from setting up a camera on the outside of the building, if there is something else I can do??

What would you do?
