Forming an LLC for beginnners

Hi All,

Can I form an LLC and remove myself from a property? My fiancé and I will be closing on our second multi-family at the end of the month. Can someone give me some insight on how to do this correctly? My name is on the offer to purchase and P&S, is there a way to transfer ownership into the LLC prior or after closing? Want to make sure I am doing this correctly without raising any eyebrows. Also, are there stricter guidelines with buying property under an LLC. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
