HOW TO PROPERLY ADD AN AGREEMENT THE LEASE
Hello Bigger Pockets Community,
I have two qualified potential tenants interested in renting one of my apartments by mid-December. The thing holding them back from signing the lease is an opening between the two bedrooms (they want it walled off). I am more than happy to do so but I will not be able to complete it until the end of January (they are okay with this time frame).
How should I go about adding this agreement into the lease? How do I guarantee something like this?
Have you dealt with something like this before and what did you do about it? Thanks for your time and I look forward to your responses!
