Florida Landlord Insurance
Hi. Can someone recommend a good agent for landlord insurance for a rental property in Central Florida? My wife and I recently purchased a rental home in the Orlando area. We have struggled to find a good company for landlord insurance. We live in New York. Our New York homeowner insurance company recommended a Florida-based agency. They have provided poor service and only one insurance carrier due to the PEX plumbing. We would really like to have another option. Thanks!

I only have one rental in Florida, but found this person responsive, as well as inexpensive:
Steve Shattuck, of Mitchell Insurance Agency
