City of Chicago - New Ordinance One more doc to add to your lease

As a Chicago landlord, are you aware of the city's new recycling ordinance? It went into effect on January 1, 2017, and the city is now enforcing compliance through heavy fines relying on tenants informing the city about non-compliant landlords. The obligation is on you as landlord to provide the following:

1)The four-page ordinance itself.

2) To make sure all four pages MUST be given to and initialed by BOTH tenants and landlord(s).

PM me for a copy of the Chicago Recycling Ordinance and/or Chicago Landlord Tenant Summary!

And I am curious, how do you keep track of all the paperwork you have to give to your tenants? I just counted all the pages of the lease, disclosures, summaries, receipts and it came to 31 pages, not including copies of the checks and application! How do you simplify your paperwork?
