Property Management rates in Long Island, NY?

Hello, I'm happy to be part of this forum. I'm interested to know if anyone is familiar with property management rates in long island, NY. I'm referring to single and dual family houses/apartments. City rates don't really help because that is a much different demographic with different responsibilities. Anyone have any insight?
