ITEMS LEFT IN RENTAL AFTER 5 DAYS OF VACANT( in Norfolk, VA)

I received a text message that my tenant was vacating on 11/03/2017. I went to the property on the 5th to find that she left some valuable items and property keys but removed clothing, furniture and other items. Since the 5th of November, I have tried calling and texting to find out if she will be picking up what she left but no response. Can I dispose or sale the left items?
