Marketable Property Manager

Good morning! 

So, I am looking to make the shift from my "normal" 9 to 5 job, to a job in property management. I currently manage @Raymond Northcutt's 3 properties, but I would really like to submerge myself in this career field and property manage full time. 

As I am looking to apply, I want to be the best applicant. What are some qualifications, classes, or any other tips you may have that will help me look like the best candidate? Thanks!
