Condo vs. Apartment - Rent pricing
I noticed that most apartment rental listings charge extra money for utilities which makes the actual monthly rent higher than what they advertise. In comparison Condos listings have utilities included in rent as these are covered by the HOA dues that owners normally pay for.
Anyone have listed Condo differently to compete with apartments?
