Tipping the Law Back to Pro Landolord
Are there any lobbyist groups that are out there looking out for landlords? The laws in most states are so skewed in the renters favor. We take the all the risk and it seems we get the short end of the stick. It would be nice if the laws were more even. If tenants met certain criteria, it would be nice to have any easy eviction process. Just curious or seeing if there is anything we can do to protect ourselves better.
Thanks!
