Indianapolis Locals: Familiar with Olney Street?
Hey guys, I know Indy is a street to street market. I'm looking at what's being billed as a C class property on Olney. Anyone familiar with that area? I'm in Tennessee but driving up to check Indy next week. I feel good about the team I'm going to meet, but I'd appreciate any insight on the area before my visit.
And while I respect everyone's experience, I'd rather this not turn into a thread about C class properties or turnkey practices in general. I promise I've already read all the great information in all the other related threads.
Thanks!
