Hey guys,

I live in the Fort Walton Beach, Fl area and I'm looking for a good lawyer and CPA with concentrations in the local real estate market. I'll be looking to discuss things such as, opening a LLC for a home I'm ready to rent, tax info regarding the same, and different ways to transfer a mortgage, via quit claim deeds, etc.

Any recommendations you guys have would be greatly appreciated!
