Management Agreement, Performance Clause

My Property Management co. has switched hands in the past year, the new CO. just sent me new Management agreements to sign for all my properties, they went from good to the worst, as far as their fees, lot of negotiating to do. My question is, does anyone have in their Management Agreements a performance clause for the PM co ? mainly as a way to make sure they perform their job they are hired to do. Has anyone been successful with including that, if they do have one, and would you share the clause so that i can maybe include that with my negotiations?  my biggest problem is there are not a whole lot of management co's in the area.
