How do you stay organized?

I just wanted to see how everyone else stays organized with supplies and paper work.

Do you digitalize all your paperwork? leases/apps/sec 8 papers etc..

Where do you keep it all? file cabinet? Safe?

Where and how do you keep all receipts organized?

I tape mine to paper and keep mine in a notebook also.. divided by property.

I keep mine in binders in sleeves.

How do you keep all your supplies/tools?

I am trying to figure out how to keep my supplies organized and quick to get to. ie painting/cleaning/etc..
thinking about getting some rubber maid containers for each

I am organized for the most part it just seems like I could improve (lean it out) after going through it yesterday..

I appreciate any tips or pointers
