Help. Tenant Makes 3x Rent, but it's the income source that..

My rental is for $1,050. I'm looking for $3,150 in gross income. What's worrying me right now is how the tenant makes the required amount.

Below is a rough breakdown (by %) of the tenant's income sources, also assumes the tenant makes roughly $3,275:

21% from offspring's SSA/SSI (should I even count this? Offspring is under 18.)

18% from child support

61% from multiple jobs

What worries me is ~40% of tenant's income comes from sources other than tenant's job.

Opinions? Advice? I'm holding off on doing a background check at this time.
