First tenant moving in ever. Anything I'm missing?

Hey everyone, So today my first ever tenant is moving in. I have a lease ready to go, a Move-In Move-Out Checklist, extra keys have been made, and some information on the neighborhood. I've already informed them of all the info regarding their utilities. Is there anything else that I should have ready for them?

Whenever possible, I take a video walk-thru of the property with commentary pointing out the condition of the property and any pre-existing damage/defects/dirty areas. Upload it to Youtube for future reference - neither you nor the tenant with remember exactly what the place looked like 1 or 2+ years from now. But Youtube never forgets!
