Best towns in sussex County for Investing

Fellow BP members living in Sussex County - Could you please advise on what are the best towns to invest in Sussex County? I am a resident of middlesex county but looking to invest in multifamilies in other counties and Sussex is of interest to me. How is the population demographics - Blue collar ? Appreciate any help/feedback others could provide.
