Looking for tenant in Somerset NJ

Hello BP - I am currently moving out of a townhouse I currently own in a private development in Somerset NJ. I am looking to rent it out for $2200 / Monthly. I am hoping the BP community can help point me in the right direction if anyone is familiar with someone who is currently in the market for a new home. It is a 2BR/2.5Bath with garage. 1604 Sq Ft.
