Paying Rent with International Credit Card

I have a couple of international students living at my house.  The problem is they don't have a US Bank Account and not enough cash to cover the rent each month (and their other expenses).

Last month (the 1st month), we tried using PayPal with their international credit card.  While it worked, it charged a 4.4% credit card fee, and it actually charged me instead of the one sending the payments.

Wondering if anyone out there has a solution that would allow them to pay with their credit card and they have to pay the processing fee?

I tried to get them on Venmo, but it requires a US phone number, which they don't have (because they have their own international phone).
