Tenant payment Services - NOT online ???

I've been using erentpayment for some tenants and it's been working fine with some and not good with others.  The ones it is not working well with are the lower income level housing.  They do not have time to have a check deposit (don't have direct deposit) so the online systems aren't working for them.  Before I get the suggestions to find new tenants I will remind you that these areas this is the majority of people (comes with the territory).

Does anyone know of a payment system that they can make the payment besides using the bank deposit only ATM card?  That is my backup plan.
