Water/Sewer prices for multiplexes

Hey all,

New to the Bigger Pockets; first time landlord.

I just purchased a fourplex in a small town. When setting up my account with the city utilities, I found out the water/sewer bill was a flat rate of $78/unit.. so $312 for the building. Building is a 3000 sq ft house, converted into four 750 sq ft apartments. Just wondering what you multiplex owners are paying for their water/sewer utilities? This rate seems fairly high to me.
