Hello,

       An owner of a house in Queens NY is moving out of state.  He's looking for someone to fully manage this property.  I'm not a professional PM or landlord.  If was to do this, what kind of agreement\documents must I establish with the owner for me to legally manage his property?   Appreciate any advice.  Thanks.
