Question: Efficient Ways To Deposit Lots Of Checks

New to BP, so hello everyone!

I have a problem at one of my buildings with 383 units. We collect so many rent checks that my leasing agent ends up spending half the month just depositing rent and crediting it to the appropriate account. Any ideas on a better way to deposit this many rent checks?

Best,

Troy

A desktop deposit machine can help. With that many units you might also want to look into Yardi/AppFolio/Buildium/etc. They have online payment options that can help cut down on the number of physical payments.
