Recommended Landlord Insurance Company in California

Hi, I am a new landlord with a 3 bd/2 ba home in Santa Barbara, California.  It used to be my parents home and was insured as such.  I now have remodeled it and am wanting to do a long-term rental.  The insurance company that insured the home when my parents lived in it was State Farm and they are no longer writing new policies in my area.  Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable insurance company with a good reputation?  I have quotes from Farmers and Foremost, but looking for others.
